[LotSS Episode 1: Part 1]

Interesting, but...

I enjoy the story idea, even if some of the writing is a little "blah." However, my problem is with the pacing. You show a lot of attention to detail, and that is great, but I think you are taking too much time showing off that detail, instead of just letting it be a complement to the flash. It ends up dragging the pace a bit. Still, you've caught my attention, and I wouldn't mind seeing more.

Why oh why...

I want you to know right off the bat, I don't approve of the pokémon. In general, I have a special spot in my heart for pokémon, and that spot beats with an intense hatred. That being said, I cannot help but give you an 8!
My reasoning is two fold...
1.)You had a nice funny bit at the end
2.)You have a fun style
The thing keeping this from perfection was the kind of anicliché (anime cliché) with pikachu bursting through the beam and whatnot. It seems cool, but the idea is done to death. However, the rest of the fight was a lot of fun, and impressive to watch. I would love to see what you could do with a setting of your own creation. I think you could put together some really impressive action scenes if you tried a different setting, and if it's something you think up I believe having that personal investment in it would help you create something even better.

It's something, but...

While I appreciate the little call outs to fans of SH, along with an appearance from the RE4 guy (best part, btw) it was a little too drawn out, and a lot of the comedy fell flat. Seems like you have a good idea of what to do, you just need a bit of refinement. Keep it up though!

thank you for the advice, i added too much dialogue and didn't have any action so it was kinda dull. if i do any flashes in the future i'll have more violence and gore. y'know fun stuff XD

I'm not one to hand out tens for much of anything, but this was so well animated and voice, and so randomly hilarious, I just can't help but give it anything but a perfect 10. Any video I immediately watch again (3 times) is a damn good video! Your best work yet (and that's saying something).

Not bad...

The animation was alright, and you had a decent little story, but my problem was the music. You seemed to change music every 5 seconds, and the transition was never smooth. Music just suddenly stopped. It felt a little schizophrenic.

Fun, I guess...

You have some decent animation, though a it was a little choppy at parts. If this is some of your first work, then you are on to something.
Oh, and next time, I recommend using something a little better than DBZ gameboy sprites.

You've got...something...

You have some genuinely funny stuff happening in this video (though the delivery needs some work). The big problem is anything humorous in this piece is buried under a pile of extremely dull transitions and shots. I honestly couldn't make it though the whole video. Maybe there was a real gut-buster at the end, but if the lead should be just as important.
Comedy is 10% material and 90% timing (or something like that). You've got some decent material, but the timing needs some definite work. Keep at 'er!

While I am usually the first person to support something deranged and pointless, there was nothing to really enjoy in all of this. The only reason I am giving you 1/10 is because I feel bad for you. Sorry.

I was really enjoying it up until the screaming. I felt like there could have been something a little more creative instead, and judging by the first portion you are more than capable of coming up with something better.
